Well… That’s where we come in! During my 17 years of cylinder head repair, engine modifications and engine assembly, there has been many dramatic changes in the way your engine performs today. Multiple camshafts, multiple valves, camshaft phasers, efficient CNC ported heads and powerful electronics to name a few. Here at Leuer Engine and Machine, these technical challenges and advances in the automotive industry are our passion. Everyday we are striving to be efficient, knowledgeable and productive to supply our customers with reliable and powerful products.

Here is a brief look into my career in the automotive machining industry

    • 500 hour machining apprenticeship program in 1995/1996
    • Federal Mogul Training Center for cylinder head and block machining classes in 1996
    • Hired on to NAPA Machine Shop in Buffalo, NY in 1997. My duties included cylinder head repair, block boring and honing and a little engine assembly
  • Advanced myself to Excel Engine in 1998 where I continued cylinder head repair, engine tear-down and machining on automotive performance and large diesel engines.
    • Moved to Texas in 2000 and hired at Wayne Calvert Precision Engines. Here I was the cylinder head guy. We serviced performance, domestic, import and light duty diesel engines.
    • ASE Certified in Automobile Engine Repair and Engine Performance
  • AERA Certified Cylinder Head and Engine Machinist
